Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are special orders and can take up to ten (8) weeks to be completed.  The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our Distribution Center and it’s only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date.  We will process all orders in the order in which they are received. Our Customer Service Team has no additional information other than what is available on the product information page but we are always here to help you.

 

Shipping Information

All orders placed on pistoladenim.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 4 – 5 business days from the ship date. We offer express shipping through USPS Mail Express which delivers in 1 - 3 business days. If your location does not accept USPS we also offer UPS Ground . Ground is a 1-7 business day shipping window. All shipping times are subject to change due to carrier delay including but not limited to weather.

 

Please allow 1 – 5 business days for your order to process before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number and information. Shipping can not be changed once the order has shipped. For PISTOLA customer's protection, all orders are subjected for review, including credit card authorization and verification. Therefore, on some occasions there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable  for the transportation of item(s).

 

U.S Shipping

• USPS Ground Priority - ($7.95 ) Delivery within 3-5 business days from the ship date
• USPS Express Priority - ($24.95) Delivery within 1-3 business days from the ship date.
• UPS Ground Priority- ($19.70)  Delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date

 

UPS International (Canada & UK)

• UPS International - (COST: TBD* on Weight of order)  Delivery within 7-14 business days from ship date.

International Shipping

At this time, Pistola Denim only ships to USA, Canada, and the UK. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs are based on current market rates when order is placed. Customer refusing packages at customs are refunded minus the customs fee Pistola Denim incurs to receive the package back.

 

Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure smooth deliveries, occasionally issues can occur during transit. If you suspect your package is lost, please email us at customerservice@pistoladenim.com.  We will work with you to ensure that you receive your package. If you have opted in for the Route Package Protection, please contact Route with your inquiry for further assistance.
